How it works
- 01
Start a crew
Send your mates an invite link. Everyone keeps their own profile, the crew builds a shared history.
- 02
Plan the trip
Plan, checklist, journal and map in one place. Offline too, when there's no signal at the ground.
- 03
Collect discoveries
Every new ground, pub, brewery or local beer goes into your collection. Quests and leaderboards do the rest.
What you can collect
Every place counts once — a collection you build trip after trip.
- Grounds
- Pubs & bars
- Breweries
- Beers & drinks
- Matches & events
- Food
- Landmarks
- Weird places
- Transport

What you get
Collections
Grounds, pubs, breweries, drinks, food and weird places — each one counts once, no farming.
Quests
Ready-made templates, your own challenges or AI suggestions tailored to the city. Group quests for the whole crew.
Map & journal
A timeline of the trip and a shared map of discoveries. Everything you lived through, in one place.
Levels & rankings
XP, achievements, titles on each trip and a seasonal crew ranking. No penalties for taking a break.
Works offline
Poor signal? Discoveries and notes are saved on your phone and sent when you're back online.
Privacy
You decide who sees each entry. Location only on request, photos stripped of GPS data.
Made for
Groundhoppers
Count grounds and matches, catch double headers, build your list.
Pub & beer crews
New pubs, breweries and local drinks — with ratings and photos.
Trips with friends
City breaks, festivals, weekend getaways — a shared plan and a keepsake.
FAQ
How much does it cost?
awaystands is free to start.
Do I need to install it from an app store?
No. Open the site on your phone and add it to your home screen — it works like an app.
Does the app track my location?
No. Location is read only when you add it to a discovery yourself. Never in the background.
Who can see my entries?
For every entry you choose: only you, the people on the trip, or the whole crew.
Does it work without internet?
You can save discoveries and notes offline — they are sent automatically when you're back online. The last opened trip is readable offline.
Is it available in English?
The website is. The app itself is in Polish for now — more languages are coming.
